Welcome to Maloca Sound & Wellness, LLC. By engaging with our services, including attending a session, workshop, or retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Business Information

2. Services Provided Maloca Sound & Wellness offers:

• Private and group sound healing sessions
• Private and group breathwork sessions
• Facilitated collaborations with other wellness practitioners
• An annual wellness retreat

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• Session Bookings: Booked via Calendly, email, or social media DMs.
• Refund Policy for Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are provided within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
• Retreat Cancellation Policy:
  • 100% deposit refund: 30+ days before retreat start date
  • 50% deposit refund: 15-29 days before retreat start date
  • 0% deposit refund: 0-14 days before retreat start date
  • Remaining balances are due upon arrival. If paid in advance, the remaining balance is fully refundable up to one day before the retreat start date.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer

4. Retreat Terms

• Retreat participation requires completion of an on-site intake form, photo release, video release, and waiver.
• Our retreats are substance-free.
• Food and housing are managed by Maloca in partnership with third-party providers.
• We reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel any event due to logistical or facilitator-related issues. Refunds or transfers will be handled in alignment with our stated cancellation policy.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
• Justin, the primary facilitator, is not a licensed medical professional or therapist, though he may collaborate with licensed practitioners.
• Breathwork and sound healing may not be suitable for everyone. Contraindications include but are not limited to: epilepsy, schizophrenia, pregnancy, and severe cardiovascular conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content including audio clips, video, guided meditations, and written materials are the intellectual property of Maloca Sound & Wellness, unless otherwise stated.
• Redistribution or reuse of proprietary materials is prohibited except for content explicitly posted to public platforms such as Instagram or Spotify.
• We reserve all rights over our logo, brand assets, and creative content.

7. Liability Waiver

• By participating in any Maloca Sound & Wellness service, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Maloca Sound & Wellness is not liable for physical injuries, psychological impact, or emotional experiences that may arise during or after participation.
• A signed liability waiver is required for retreat participation.

8. Privacy Policy & Data Use

• We collect personal information via email signups and booking forms.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
• We use Google Analytics to track website activity in order to better understand our audience and improve offerings.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
