Terms & Conditions – Higher Vibrations Half-Day Experience

Location: Maple Grove Hot Springs, Idaho
Hosted by: Maloca Sound & Wellness (“Organizer”)

By submitting this form and signing up for the Half-Day Experience, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Experience

This is a wellness-oriented event featuring activities such as breathwork, sound healing, yoga, somatic practices, meditation, live music, and hot spring soaking. These activities may involve physical and emotional intensity, altered states of consciousness, and deep inner work.

2. Health & Participation Acknowledgment

You affirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate. Some activities may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical or psychological conditions (e.g., cardiovascular, neurological, psychiatric, or respiratory issues; pregnancy; recent surgeries or injuries).
You agree to consult your healthcare provider as needed and to stop any activity that feels unsafe or overwhelming.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily accept all risks—known and unknown—associated with participation, including but not limited to: slips or falls, emotional distress, heat or cold exposure, altered states, dehydration, and physical exertion.
You release the Organizer and its team from liability for any injury, loss, or incident occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. COVID-19 & Communicable Illnesses

You agree not to attend if you are actively sick or contagious. You understand that despite precautions, exposure to illness is a possibility and you accept this risk.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Respect personal boundaries and obtain explicit consent for any physical contact.

  • Avoid illegal substances or disruptive behavior.

  • Honor the confidentiality of others’ personal shares.

  • Follow all safety guidance provided by the Organizer and venue.

Violation of these expectations may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Media Release

Unless you inform us otherwise in writing prior to the event, you grant Maloca Sound & Wellness the right to use photos or recordings from the event that may include your likeness for documentation or promotional purposes.

7. Property Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Organizer. If the Organizer cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, mediation or binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, in accordance with local laws.
